Refund Policy

New accounts receive one free generation. After that, each successful outfit generation consumes the displayed generation cost from the account balance.

Failed generation tasks are not charged. If a balance deduction appears incorrect, contact support with the account email, generation task ID, and payment order number if available.

Crypto recharge transactions may be irreversible once confirmed on-chain. Refunds for unused balance are reviewed manually during the MVP period.
